The “AREAT” Center was established by political scientists, sociologists, economists and conflictologists in 1998. “AREAT” is an independent non-governmental organization. The main goal of the Center is the promotion of civil society and support of democratic reforms in Azerbaijan. The Center carries out projects in different areas of public policy.
