In an attempt to provide a platform for utilizing democratic values, ICHD brought together young analysts and researchers with sound academic backgrounds to share their ideas and establish a lively discourse of polemics. ICHD has initiated a new wave of actions towards developing a knowledge-based society through involving promising young people in the process. The first step is the publication of a series of articles called “East-West Crossroad”. The contributors of the book are young people from the countries of Euroforum East West Network, namely Armenia, Belarus, Germany, France, Poland and Spain, as well as young authors from Czech Republic and Sweden. The publication focuses on themes such as conflict management, human rights, European integration and European values. It reflects the personal opinions and perspectives of the authors only.
