ICHD Executive Director Tevan Poghosyan participated in the "STARLINK" Training of Trainers Course on Security System Reform (SSR), organized by the RACVIAC-Center for Security Cooperation in close cooperation with the Centre for European Security Studies (CESS) in Zagreb from 16 to 18 June 2010.
The purpose of the Training of Trainers Course on Security System Reform was to bring together potential trainers from relevant ministries, regional and local authorities, international organizations and NGOs, with a view to obtaining methodical and didactical skills necessary for teaching the principles of Security System Reform.
Among the fifteen participant of the course there were graduates of the introductory and advanced courses on SSR from South-East Europe (SEE) region, as well as from Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia, where the STARLINK Programme was conducted by CESS in previous years.
On January 30, 2024 ICHD organized the first Town Hall Meeting within ACE in Vayk consolidated community, comprising 17 rural and urban settlements, in close collaboration with the local government, "Solution Hub" NGO and their beneficiaries, active young people from the community. The results are summarized in the THM report available in Armenian only.
