Laboratory for Legislative Initiatives is an independent NGO, founded in 2000. The mission of the organization is to promote democratic values, effective and balanced policy in Ukraine. Laboratory of Legislative Initiatives publishes "The Parliament Journal" which is a unique policy instrument, covering urgent issues of public policy, constitutional and administrative reforms, regional policy, European integration etc.

The London Information Network on Conflicts and State-Building (LINKS) was set up in 1997. It organizes seminars, conferences and workshops both in the target regions and in Europe. Training is held through seminars and ’in-house’ workshops designed specifically for NGOs, political parties and governmental organizations. Besides the dissemination of information, the organization also runs projects. It is currently leading a number of projects in partnership with Caucasus LINKS, an independent NGO based in Tiblisi. Activities include the facilitation of dialogue, development of confidence-building measures and training and support for grassroots activities.
