2011

The goal of the project was to ensure an effective participatory process and support consolidation of outputs provided by technical contributors of each specific section of the comprehensive national decentralization strategy, a draft document meant to direct the reform process. It was intended to achieve this goal through facilitating a consensus-based work-stream of the actors, who assisted the RA Government in designing the decentralization reform under the partnership framework developed by Counterpart Armenia. This goal have been achieved through providing technical inputs in the overall framework of the strategy document; organizing discussions with the key stakeholders related to the critical aspects of the strategy, as well as elaborating a consolidated joint draft strategy document. The policy dialog is reflected in three policy brief.
