2012

The objective of the project, implemented in 2012 and funded by Counterpart International, was to support the efforts of improving the regulatory framework of the CSOs by simplifying the existing procedures. The objective was achieved through presenting the e-registration of organizations, which will facilitate the environment for the more effective functioning of civil society organizations.

In the result of the action model charter templates for NGOs and foundations were elaborated. In addition, the relevant legislation was reviewed and recommendations were made for certain legal amendments. Finally, assistance was provided to the Ministry of Justice of RA in their efforts to design relevant legal reforms.
