ICHD was represented by a group of young Armenians in Youth in Action (YiA) project called “Give peace a chance” on January 15-22 2011, in Kobuleti, Georgia. The project brought together 40 young people from 7 countries, from EU and EECA: Italy, Latvia, Sweden, Spain, Ukraine, Armenia and Georgia. The themes of the project covered development of ideas about peace, conflict resolution, cultural exchange, solidarity and tolerance, understanding of diversities. Besides daily sessions participants were divided into international mixed groups and by the end of the project 4 short movies about peace were made. On the international hugging day flash mobs and peaceful demonstration were organized by the participants in Batumi, where local people were also involved.
On January 30, 2024 ICHD organized the first Town Hall Meeting within ACE in Vayk consolidated community, comprising 17 rural and urban settlements, in close collaboration with the local government, "Solution Hub" NGO and their beneficiaries, active young people from the community.
