Six young Armenians represented ICHD in Euroforum Berlin on February 25-March 06, 2011 in Berlin, Germany. This was the seventh encounter of Euroforum East/West Network supported by EU Youth in Action Program. The aim of Euroforum Berlin 2011 was to bring young people from different backgrounds together and to increase their awareness in the decision making process, as well as let participants analyze the role of non-state actors and the public participation in the decision-making process.
Euroforum Berlin brought together 40 young people representing 8 NGOs and countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Belarus, France, Spain, Germany and Poland. Besides the debates on European integration issues Euroforum Berlin covered three workshops; one on simulation game aimed at passing the method of simulation games to participants and enabling them to implement this method in their countries. The second one was the workshop on issue campaigning engaging young activists in the community issues. This workshop was aimed at providing participants with knowledge and skills on identifying an issue at local level and communicating about it involving various actors in the issue resolving process. The third workshop was focused on online journalism aimed at integration of new authors in wEast magazine and training the participants through interactive workshops and meetings with journalists. The Participants had a study tour in Bundestag where they had a question and answer session with Ms. Viola von Cramon, Member of German Bundestag from Green party. Series of meetings were organized with the representatives from German Civil Society, EU institutions and journalists.

On March 3, 2021, the first meeting of the GreenDeal Task Force created under the Initiative Lisbon-Vladivostok was held. In the videoconference format, more than twenty authoritative experts in the field of ecology and business from Austria, Armenia, Germany, Italy, Kazakhstan, Russia, France, as well as the representatives of the largest business industry associations supporting the Initiative Lisbon-Vladivostok, discussed common approaches to harmonizing the activities implemented by the EU and the EAEU on the path to sustainable development, including a radical reduction in greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere by 2050.
