The Quality Service Management training participants were officially delivered their certificates during the certification ceremony organized on February 15, 2013 in Ani Plaza hotel.
The extensive training course on quality service management, held from October 13 to December 8, provided an opportunity for labour recruitment professionals both from state and private sectors to come together for 18 webinars to develop their skills and knowledge on international labour recruitment. The aim of the training was to provide a comprehensive and deeper understanding of Quality Service Management in the context of Circular Labour Migration.
Training covered the materials on customer service, quality service principles and standards, it also introduced Philippines’ case as an example of expertise in delivering Circular Labour Migration services.
The training was hosted by International Centre of Human Development (ICHD) in the frames of the project “Strengthening Evidence-Based Management of Labour Migration in Armenia” funded by EU. The training was conducted by MS. Vini Pada Payno from Philippines. Local training coordinators and evaluators were the Umbrella Information Support System for Employment Services Unit (the ULISSES Unit).
On January 30, 2024 ICHD organized the first Town Hall Meeting within ACE in Vayk consolidated community, comprising 17 rural and urban settlements, in close collaboration with the local government, "Solution Hub" NGO and their beneficiaries, active young people from the community.
