ICHD's Vahan Asatryan presented the international experience and best practices of national policies and programs of various countries on combating Gender-Based Violence at the session of the Government's Interagency Commission on Combating GBV in Armenia at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of RA on November 5, 2010. The Commission have also discussed the draft National Action Plan for 2011-2015, as well as the Annual Plan for 2011 elaborated by the working group. ICHD, as a civil society institution plays a key role both in the working group and the commission.
