An ICHD staff participated in the OSCE/ODHIR Election Observation Mission (EOM) as a Short Term Observer (STO) to observe the early parliamentary elections in the Republic of Moldova on 28 November 2010. These were the third parliamentary elections in Moldova in less than two years, since the parliaments elected in April and July 2009 were unable to elect a president of the Republic and were dissolved.
