ICHD Executive Director Tevan Poghosyan participated in workshop with heads of community based organizations of Osh city, Kirgizstan from 4 to 7 December in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The workshop was organized by the Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR)/Kyrgyzstan to elaborate a Network of Social Mediators and to set ground for the development and promotion of that network. The initiative will continue with Osh city community heads and civic groups from Fergana.
