On March 28 ICHD organized a seminar for the staff responsible for providing social and employment services at regional centers, local government officials,  and representatives of private employment agencies and non-governmental organizations dealing with migration issues. The seminar started with welcoming remarks from the ICHD executive director Mr. Tevan Poghosyan and  the head of Migration Service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration of the Republic of Armenia Mr. Gagik Yeganyan. This was the third seminar in a series and was held in Ashtarak.
